3 - 12 - 12

I rice and Minced pork and soya bean curd soup and 1 cup of milk and banana for breakfast.

I ate rice with spicy minced pork salad (with green vegetables and chillies) and Thai fried vermicelli noodle and rose apples for lunch.

I ate rice with Minced pork and soya bean curd soup and banana and 1 cup of milk for dinner.
